ScanPrint for Windows
Print your customers' documents straight from ScanPrint to your shop's printers, in a window nobody can screenshot, without keeping a copy on the computer. New shops are created in the app, too.
Finds your printers
It lists the printers on the computer and prints each job with its copies, colour, sides, paper size and pages. Black-and-white and colour jobs can go to different printers.
No screenshots
Windows leaves the app's window out of screenshots, screen recordings and screen sharing.
No copies on the computer
Documents go from ScanPrint to the printer without being saved. Printers that only save a file, such as Microsoft Print to PDF, aren't offered.
Getting started
- 1Download and run the installer on the shop computer. It installs everything it needs and keeps itself up to date; nothing else to set up.
- 2New to ScanPrint? Click “Create a shop” in the app: shops are created there. Already have one? Sign in. Then press “Connect this computer”, and staff can sign in on it too.
- 3Press “Choose printers” on the dashboard, then Print on any accepted job.
The app is new, so Windows may warn about it the first time:
- If Edge says it “isn't commonly downloaded”, click ⋯ next to it, then Keep, Show more and Keep anyway.
- If Windows says it “protected your PC”, choose More info, then Run anyway.

What it can't stop
A phone camera pointed at the screen. Every preview is watermarked with the shop, the staff member and the time, so a photo still shows where it came from, and the Terms forbid it.
